Born into a family with a strong
gastronomic tradition, from her very early years
little Laure Maso was taught regional cooking by her mother and grandmother.
Once she had obtained her diplomas (including a master’s degree
in the United States),
she worked for 7 years at the European head office of a large American
industrial company
in the Finance, Marketing and Sales Departments.
However, she hungered for a different way of life and so decided to
change her profession
and devote herself to her passion for cooking. She followed professional
training
at the Ritz-Escoffier School and worked in various kitchens of the
hotel.
Armed with this experience and in order to demonstrate the high quality
of her approach, she decided to set up her own business and now offers
"à la carte" gastronomic
events.
