Workshops for children aged 6 up, Wednesdays from 3 to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 3 to 4.30 p.m. Duration & tariff: 1 hours (€30) or 2 hours (€40).

Sweet mania. Those who are fond of marshmallows, carambars and smarties are going to really love Laure’s lessons. Their mothers will take notes, too, so that they can recreate these dishes at home with the kids: baked apples in puff pastry topped with carambar sauce, disco quatre-quart (similar to Madeira cake) and Maltesers ice cream. Once they’ve been won over by these sugary delights, the children will certainly want to come back to this workshop, installed in a charming cobblestone courtyard, and learn how to vary the pleasures of cooking. By preparing and tasting all-cheese menus, very chocolate recipes, potatoes the way kids like them, as well as meals with colours galore, such as carrot cakes, shrimps and mangos on skewers, fruit muffins, etc., Laure, who learnt what cooking’s all about in the kitchens of the Ritz, knows how to titillate kids’ taste buds. She gives lessons to small groups of children (no more than 6 participants) slowly introducing them to the delights of making treats: in her workshop, the dishes are prepared together, the children learn to present them in a most attractive way, they set the table and then share the finest moment of all connoisseurs, sampling their latest achievements! Their parents are also invited to take part in this much-awaited tasting time.

A birthday party where I’m the one who has the treat! On Sundays, Laure proposes to the king of the party and his best pals to prepare a genuine miniature buffet with mini-brochettes, canapés, sweet and salty dishes in verrines (small glasses), petit-fours (small delicacies), etc., then set the table and taste all these birthday delights together.
